  The title says it all, really.
  
  We are upgrading from AR11. With AR11 we can run a report without setting values for all parameters. That’s no longer possible with AR15.

  We have a few hundred reports in our collection, so it would be a huge undertaking to modify them to account for another default value than null.

  Forgot to add: The bug is in SectionReports
  
  It seems to work as expected in PageReports
