Hi Mohit,
After upgrading from R10 to R15 all controls are missing the name property.
I already converted my rpt files to R15 but the problem remains.
Did I miss something?

Hello,
I am not able to replicate the issue at my end. Can you check with AR 15.1.7 at your end?
Thanks,
Mohit

Hi Mohit,
Using AR 15.1.3
I thought adding a new report to my project would help.
Some references were also added
The name property still is not available.
But now I can’t even save a modified report. Everything seems to be broken now.
In a new project with a new report added, the name property is available.
The background color is also white and not grey like the upgraded reports.
Hope you can figure out what is going wrong here. There are a lot of reports involved.
Regards Piet

Hello,
Maybe there is a difference of the version. Can you install the latest version 15.1.7 from the following link:
https://www.grapecity.com/activereportsnet/download
And use the “Converts To ActiveReports 15” option to upgrade the project.
Thanks,
Mohit

Hi mohit,
Did the update and used the upgrade option for the second time.
No luck. The upgrade option doesn’t seem to be doing its job very well. (in my case)
But I finally (after several ours) found a solution.
What have I done:
Noticed that in the main project de upgrade option failed. (open files perhaps?)
The sub projects seems to be okay.

Hello Peit,
It is very helpful if you provide the stripped down sample which demonstrates this issue. So that I can narrow that issue at my end and assist you accordingly.
Thanks,
Mohit
