Popup with two list boxes values appended each both

  when i click cell(button) popup will open and in popup we need to show two list boxes,one is left side ,second one is right side. both list boxes having data, when i select first list box value and click right arrow button this value appended second list box and when i select value in second list box then click left arrow button it is added value to first list box.then this value populate on cell.

  like this but i want add this 2 boxes in popup and getting selected value display in cell only
