  Hi,

  We possess active licenses of Grapecity Active reports which is activated on one machine. But soon we will be moving the environment to another machine. So what is the procedure to port these active licenses from one machine to another.

  Hello Sneha,

  As you are moving to another machine, you should deactivate the serial keys on the existing machine and then activate them on the new machine. In general, you get three activations per serial key and you may not want to lose one of these by not deactivating it on a machine before formatting the system.

  Likewise, you can activate the serial keys on the new machine using “License Manager” utility, once you have downloaded and installed AR.
