  Hello Everyone

  I have installed Active Reports v.11.1 9726.0, it worked perfectly about 6 months, but today; When I started Active Reports Designer it sends an error,

  

  I have Professional license activated
  
  I have tried unistall and reinstall active reports but it didn’t work
  
  I probed restoring my PC and it didn’t work
  
  I have desactivated the license and activated again with GrapeCity Licence Manager
  
  and it didn’t work

  Hello,

  Could you please the share the screenshot of the license manager? Also, is this error occurs only with “ActiveReports Designer” or with all inbuilt applications or tools?

  Hello, this is the screenshot of License manager, it occurs with Active Reports Designer and with tools in Visual Studio, it sends an error: License cannot be confirmed
