I ahve a report that is nothing but subreports as I have created a “package” of reports. I need to collate the pages based on used id or something that will group each of the pages with the same ID together.

Unfortunately, there is no way to group the pages once the report has been generated. You need to create the report and group the pages on the basis of users. I have attached a sample report that achieves this purpose. Please change the datasource path before running the report.
