  I am creating a Page Report using the AR13 Web Designer and I am trying to create a parameter that gets its values from one of the data-sets. However I expected the parameter list to be a SORTED DISTINCT list but instead I always get all the values from the specified field.

  I have configured the parameter to use the “Mutivalue” option, my understanding from the documentation is that this should give me the desired outcome.

  Note I am getting the same behavior from the Designer Preview and the JSViewer

  Hello Nicolaas,

  Actually, MutliValue property only enables the user to select multiple values from the dropdown list. It does not sort the parameters or shows only distinct values.

  To achieve your requirement, I would suggest you create a different dataset query for the parameter in which only distinct and sorted value fetch from the database for the parameter.
