  hi there, I’m getting this error after updating to AR12, and it’s only happening on the computers that where the software is installed from the website where it’s published. I tried to duplicate this in the development computer where VS2017 is installed and all works fine. I tied this by running the app from VS and also as a standalone installation, all works fine. but on all other computers where the software was installed, the user gets this error. I’m publishing the app using one-click from within VS.

  Could you please try after adding the following license entry in “licenses.licx” file.

  
  GrapeCity.ActiveReports.SectionReport, GrapeCity.ActiveReports.v12, Version=12.2.13986.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=cc4967777c49a3ff

  Thanks, that makes sense. I’ll know if it works when I install the update on user computers, but before I do that, I didn’t see a reference to section report, (see screen shot) is that OK like that?

  Yes, “Grapecity.ActiveReports.v12.dll” contains the classes/NameSpace for section report.
