In AR11 my report has a cascading multivalue field. By default this field is empty and the report should allow that and not require a selection. In ar9 this worked, but in ar11 this does not work. This is failing in the html viewer .

Can I allow nullable multivalue parameter?

Can I hide the (select all) field?

Can i rename the (select all) to be (none)?

    Hello,

Can I allow nullable multivalue parameter?

This is the known issue in AR11 Html5 viewer. We will inform you once this bug get fixed(#Tracking ID 248391)

Can I hide the (select all) field?

Yes, you need to comment out the “selectAllEnabled: selectAllEnabled” (Line 172) in “GrapeCity.ActiveReports.Viewer.Html.js” JS file of Html5 viewer. Please refer the attached image.

Can i rename the (select all) to be (none)?

Yes, you need to change the text of “SelectAll” in localization file of Html5 viewer. Please refer the attached image.

    Hope it helps.

    Thanks,

    Mohit

Re-reading the answer i realized that the proposed solution is global, not report specific. I would like to accomplish these objectives per report, and even per parameter.

For instance, if i have a report with two parameters, the first would benefit from (select all) and the second parameter would benefit from (none).

Also, you provided a tracking id for the known bug. Where would i go to view the status of this bug and/or view the list of issues that have already been identified?

    Hello,

    Sorry for delay response.

I would like to accomplish these objectives per report, and even per parameter.

It is not possible to achieve this behaviour in HTML5 viewer.

Where would I go to view the status of this bug and/or view the list of issues that have already been identified?

The tracking ids are for internal use only. The tracking system is actually not exposed in public. If you want to track the status of a particular issue, you can anytime ask the team over the same thread. Also, this issue is with our developer team. We will inform you once this bug get fixed

    Thanks,

    Mohit
