Broken RTF table lines - 32bit OS and 125 or 150 text scaling

    Hello,

we’ve found and an issue when we try to build RTF table using 2 RichTextBox controls (tableForPDF1 and RichTextBox2) placed one under the other. First part of table is placed above the second one. We need use such structure, because in some circumstances first part of table is hidden in generated report using scripts.

When we use 32bit OS and 125% and 150% text scaling windows build-in option, we have an issue with empty places between lines related to first part of table and these one related to second part of table placed bellow the first one (marked red square in my attached screens).

When we try to move up the second table to fix this issue for 125% text scaling, we broke preview for other text scaling settings and for all report previews displayed in 64bit OS where the issue doesn’t exist.

Do you have any idea how to build such table to avoid this issue in 32 bit OS with 125 and 150 scaling set? Is there any workaround to fix this quickly? This is urgent for us.

    Thank you.

    We use:

    AR9 - Active Reports 9.2.3032.0

    AR11 - Active Reports 11.2.10750.0

Apologies for the delay. I tried replicating the issue with AR11 SP3, but was unable to do so. I have attached screen shots of the output at my end. Since you’re using an earlier version of AR11, I would suggest you to download the SP3 from the following link and share your observations. AR9 isn’t supported anymore. https://grapecitycontentcdn.azureedge.net/downloads/activereports/ActiveReports-v11.3.13058.0.msi

Thanks for the screen shot again. The issue occurs on Windows 7 OS and not on Windows 10, hence I couldn’t reproduce it earlier. I’ll forward this to the development team for review and will get back to you with their feedback on this. Tracking Id - 257507
