Support for native ASP.NET Core and .net Standard 2.0 is in the road map for ActiveReports and we will be moving closer to full .net core support in the subsequent versions, however, there is no fixed ETA as of now.
But you could take a look at the following blog post where I’ve explained how you can use ActiveReports in ASP.NET Core 2.0 even now - https://www.grapecity.com/en/blogs/how-to-use-activereports-in-aspnet-core-20

Hi,
I see a new service pack of Active Reports has just come out. Does this new version support native support for ASP.NET Core and .NET Standard 2.0?

Andy

Hello,
Sorry to mention that AR12 SP2 does not support ASP,NET Core and .Net Standard 2.0. However, as per the plan, there will JSViewer in AR13 that will be able to render RDLX reports in .NetCore.
Thanks,

Hello,
Unfortunately, as per the latest information from PMs team, AR13 does not support .Net core. Also, JSViewer is not supported in .Net core environment.
Thanks,
