  Hi Kim,

  Can you please mention the type of report you’re using (Section/Page/RDL) and what is the exact version of ActiveReports that you’re using? Also, is ARCustomForm the name of your Printer?
  
  Would it be possible for you to share you application or the code you’re using to add the custom paper size?

  To resolve this issue, change the default paper size of your printer: Click Start, point to Settings, and the click Printers. Right-click the appropriate printer, and then click Properties. Click the Paper tab, and then click the paper size you want to use in the Paper Size box.
