  In the documentation it says that I have to localize the WinForms viewer by myself and send the *.ressources.dll to you to sign it. Does that also count for the WPF viewer or can I download the German, French, Italian ressource files somewhere?

  The process to localize the WPF Viewer is same as the Win Viewer as mentioned here - https://help.grapecity.com/activereports/webhelp/AR13/webframe.html#LocalizetheViewerControl.html

  You would need to send the *.resources.dll to us to sign it.
