Not able to load desiger in active report 7 with visual studio 7

  I have recently started working with active report professional edition with version 7 on my visual studio 2017. The problem is that whenever i m trying to open the report.cs file the designer comes up with an error "Value cannot be null. Parameter name: instance ". I have even modified the licenses.licx file but with no luck. Can anyone plz help this out. Thanks

  Kindly delete the bin and obj folders of your application and make sure the version mentioned in the licenses.licx file is the same as that of the referenced dlls.
