Running a section report in webforms after upgrading from 13-16

  After upgrading from 13 to 16, reports run fine in winforms, unit tests, and web api. But in webforms, I get this run time error.

  “This application will be terminated because it was built without a license for SectionReport”

  It was absolutely built with a license, so the statement is completely false and frankly slanderous. Also version 16 is licensed. It’s not a trial version. I cannot stress how offensive the error message is.
