  Although there is no direct property to set the rotation angle of the Label control, however you could draw the Text on the Canvas and set its TextAngle property as shown in the attached screen shot.

  Thanks abdias…it’s not the problem to rotate the angle…the real problem is put it cross over the multi row…

  Hello,

  It is not possible to expand the textbox cross over the row. As a workaround, you can draw the text on the convex on the specific area.
