  Hi Support team,
  
  I’ve error during installation, here is the case:

  • Installation procedure started and allow me to select components to install

  • By Clicking on NEXT I’ve got an error message:
    
    Error
    
    The Resource could not be found
    
    Interop.SHDocVw.dll

    but DLL is sitting in C:\WINNT\System32

  Hi,

  Please try the 2018v1 offline installer and see if the issue still persists. You may access the installer from here: http://cdn.componentone.com/files/studioinstaller/C1StudioInstaller20181.1.17.exe

  If somehow the issue still persists, could you please attach the C1StudioInstaller.log file created in your Documents folder, so that we investigate accordingly and share the details with the installer team, if needed.

  Hi Ruchir,
  
  I’ve checked log and found the reason:

  during installation, installer attempting to extract
  
  GrapeCity.Installers.C1StudiosWebInstaller.dll.Interop.SHDocVw.dll
  
  to <> with Result=“false”
  
  because “Access to the path is denied.”

  …any suggestions (except remove protection ?
