  Good morning

  I have a componentOne license but I am not able to activate it.
  
  It tells me that my software is under evaluation

  I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling it.
  
  I have tried to activate it via email and via internet, I put my serial number and accept and everything is fine, it tells me your license was activated, but when I open the application again it tells me that it is not activated.
