Deactivation error (could not connect)

    Hi,

    I am trying to transfer my license to a new machine but am unable deactivate the license. I get the “Could not connect to the activation server.” message every time I tried. I verified that I can connect to the net, including this forum.

    Wanted to add that I am using: ComponentOne Ultimate 2018 (20183) version

    Hi,

    Could you please try deactivating with the latest C1ControlPanel?

    You can download it from https://www.grapecity.com/componentone/download.

    In C1ControlPanel, just navigate to the License Tab and then to the deactivate tab. In the deactivate tab choose the key and then click deactivate.
