  Yes, this situation is a bit confused,

  Later we tested and found that this situation does not occur in every Windows 10,
  
  But some Windows 10 PC will happen this situation,
  
  You can look at the videos we recorded.

  Because these conditions have occurred in our client Windows 10 PC,
  
  And we do not know the exact reason why this happens,
  
  Can you please help to find out the solution ?

  Obvious condition

  1. Header label text display is not normal
  2. When the mouse moves to the header, an exception occurs

  I am able to replicate the problem at our end. I have escalated this to the development team(tracking id 253565) and will revert you back once have any information from them.

  Mentioned that they used the GcMultiRow 2017 version of the DLL, this exception will not happen,

  Have you tested with the 2017 GcMultiRow DLLs ?
  
  Or
  
  Can you provide the GcMultiRow 2017 version of the DLLs to us for our testing ?

  Hello,

  Could you please confirm that if you are using the localised build of GCMultiRow? Also, let us know the version of the build.
  
  In English, production of GCMultiRow was stopped after Spread 9 Sp1 release. Hence, GCMultiRow is a legacy product now. However, you could check with the last version of GCMultiRow and share your observations. You can download the same from the following link:

  After decompression found that we are currently using the same version.

  2 2 GcMultiRow DLL version information we are currently using, please refer to the attachment.

  In above installer, “2.2.20152.0” build of GCMultiRows is present. However, you can find the same build from the attached folder.

  Excuse me, development team has a new progress in tracking id 253565
  
  Issue is still with our developer team. Will reply once we got any information from them.
