I can't find licence in GrapeCity License Manager

  As attached, the license does not appear in the GrapeCity License Manager, so I cannot activate the license even though I have the product key. Because I installed Infragistics Windows Forms and Spread Studio 8 should appear normally.
  
  
  
  As a side note, when I run my project in Visual Studio, a pop-up like the attached one appears and an LC.exe error occurs. If the license issue above is resolved and I can successfully activate the license, then this problem will be solved, right?

  Hi Uijun,

  The License Manager will show an entry for Spread Studio 8 only if the product is installed on your machine. If it’s not installed, you can download and install it using this link: *https://cdn.grapecity.com/SpreadStudio/8.0.20152.0/SpreadStudio_8.0.20152.0_all.zip

  If it’s already installed, we suggest doing a clean uninstall and then reinstalling it using the link above.

  Regarding the error pop-up you attached, it’s not related to our Spread.NET product. It looks like it might be from a trial version of another product, which is likely why you’re seeing that message.

  Thanks for the quick reply, but it didn’t work.
  
  Even after uninstalling and installing, the License Magager opens after the installation is complete, but still no Products appear.
  
  Can you tell me what process License Manager uses to get the Product list? Is it registry or something like that?
