  Hi,

  I try install Spread Studio 9.0 (v9.0.20161.0), i’m getting an error “Download Setup files failed”. Please Help, Thanks.

  Spread Studio 9 is a very old version and we do not support it anymore. However, we are not sure of the exact cause of the error occurring on your end. We kindly request you try again using the following installer link: https://cdn.grapecity.com/SpreadStudio/9.0.20161.0/Studiov9SP1_nohelp.zip

  In case the issue persists, then please share the “error log” with us along with the “OS version” and “VS version” of your environment.
