  Can you tell me why I can’t display the floating formula editor ?

  When i call “Dim editor As New FormulaTextBox”…etc

  Please, look at the attachment

  The .Licx file is present in my project and everything else works correctly

  Hi Stephane,

  The nag screen means that the licensing system could not find a valid license while trying to run the application.
  
  If you are facing the issue only after adding an instance of FormulaTextBox, then I would suggest you to add the following entry in the licenses.licx file (generally present under Properties folder in Solution Explorer).```
  
  FarPoint.Win.Spread.FormulaTextBox, FarPoint.Win.Spread
