  2023年に「SPREAD for Windows Forms 15.0J（3開発）」を購入いたしましたが、
  
  当時の登録メールアドレスやダウンロードリンクを紛失してしまい、
  
  マイページからの再ダウンロードができない状況です。

  なお、製品のライセンス情報（製品番号、シリアル番号、契約期間など）は社内に保管しております。

  再ダウンロードのご案内をいただくには、どのように手続きを進めればよろしいでしょうか。

  お手数をおかけいたしますが、ご教示いただけますと幸いです。
