How can i get the number of Row's and Column's that is hidden?

  When i trying select all Rows and Columns, the number that i recive is the total number, but i’ve some hidden columns or rows, so, we’ve some method that return the number of hidden columns or rows? So then i can subtract the hidden from the total to get only my visibles ones.

  Here i’ve all columns and rows selected.

  When i hidde the columns or rows and get the values, the return is the same…

  So again, there is some method that i can get the value of hidden columns or rows to subtract of total?

  Hi,

  There isn’t a direct method to obtain the count of hidden rows or columns. However, you can use the getRowVisible and getColumnVisible methods to determine the number of hidden rows or columns.

  These methods return true if the specified row or column is visible and false if it is hidden when passing the row or column index. By traversing through all rows or columns of sheet and checking their visibility, you can keep a count of hidden rows or columns. Refer below snippet and sample.

  function getHiddenCount( sheet){
      // actual count of rows/cols
      const actualRowCount = sheet.getRowCount();
      const actualColCount = sheet.getColumnCount();
  
      // variable to store hidden rows/cols count
      let hiddenRows = 0;
      let hiddenCols = 0;

      for(let i = 0; i < actualRowCount; i++){
          if(!sheet.getRowVisible(i)){
              hiddenRows++;
