  Hi, we want to implement Paste Special Dialog (like in the attached screenshot) to allow our users to have more paste capabilities, same as Excel
  
  we haven’t managed to find a way to implement it.
  
  can we have some guidance on how to achieve the required outcome?

  Hello,

  The requested feature is already present in the product backlog. The internal tracking id for the issue is: SJS-11820. Currently, it is planned for the SpreadJS V16.2.0 which will be released by August 2023. It might be delayed or moved to further releases. I will let you know when this feature will be available.

  However, you can create a paste special dialog box like MS Excel in SpreadJS Designer. For this, you would need to create a dialog template and register the dialog template using GC.Spread.Sheets.Designer.registerTemplate() method. This dialog template shows different options for pasting values.

  To open the paste special dialog template, you need to create a command(option) in the context menu of the designer. Inside the execute() method of the command(option), you can use GC.Spread.Sheets.Designer.showDialog() method to open the paste special dialog. In this method, you can also specify the success callback which will be executed when some values are selected from the dialog box of special paste. In the success callback, you can perform the paste operation as per selected option in the paste special dialog.

  The Paste Special Ability Feature has been added in the latest version of the SpreadJS v17.0.0. Kindly upgrade to the latest version of the SpreadJS.

  As per my understanding, you want to open the Paste Special Dialog using code. If this is the use case, you could execute the “openPasteSpecialDialog”. Kindly refer to the following code snippet and the sample:
