  I would like to know how to change the color and hover of this icon (null_tabStrip)

  Hi,

  As per my understanding, you want to change the color of The “All Sheets” button. Also, you want to configure the color on mouse hover. If this is the use case, you could use the following css to perform the actions.

  .gc-tab-strip-all-sheets-highlight {
  border-color: blue;
  }
  
  .gc-tab-strip-all-sheets-hover {
  border-color: pink;
  }
