  When I am applying data validation to a cell and choose highlights like dog ear and icon .

  On exporting the file and importing it again the data validation highlight changes to circle . It should be maintained the way I applied initially before exporting.

  Hi,

  This is expected, as Excel does not support SpreadJS-specific features like highlight-style icons and dogears, so they will not persist after saving to Excel or after importing the file back into SpreadJS. However, these features are preserved when using SpreadJS formats such as .sjs or .ssjson.   So, if you want these features to persist after saving and loading, please use the sjs or ssjson formats.
