  Hi,

  I am trying to create an editable wijmo-input-date column inside wijmo grid.
  
  For the first time I am keeping its value as new Date()(current date) which can be changed.

  When I try to create this column, I get the below error:
  
  ** Assertion failed in Wijmo: Date expected. Error

  Can you please help me with this.

  Hi,

  Can you please let us know whether we are missing something in order to replicate the issue?

  Also, if you are using InputDate as an editor, then you must have added it using wjFlexGridCellTemplate and would have bound it to the cell’s value. So, can you let us know how did you initialize it with the current date.

  There is also a CustomGridEditor class which can be used to add input controls as the editors for the FlexGrid:
