MultiAutoComplete in Popup not showing dropdown on iPhone

This bug only appears on iPhone browsers… Desktop browsers, iPad and Android are all fine.

A simple MultiAutoComplete hosted in a Popup does not show the dropdown when you start typing, or else it is positioned off screen, not below the input. HTML attached.

    Hi Paul,

I could not find your attachment so I tried to replicate the issue with my own sample. But, I was not able to replicate the issue. I am attaching the sample that I used along with the screenshots of the application on different browsers.

    Device Info:

    Device: iPhone XR

    OS: iOS 12.4.1

Browsers: Safari v12 and Chrome v79

Could you modify the sample so that it replicates the issue?

    Regards,

    Ashwin

Hi Ashwin, looks like it’s related to iOS version because I can see the issue with your sample code too, iOS 13.2, Safari and Chrome 79. The dropdown does not appear or is offscreen as you type.

    Hello Paul,

Please try the same issue with the latest wijmo build (v5.20202.699) and let us know if the issue is resolve. Also, please use the scoped packages of wijmo (@grapecity/wijmo.all) instead of non-scoped packages (wijmo). Refer to the blog below that explains how to update your application to use the scoped packages:
