  but now i have new problem.

  When i click load the grid this work and maintain the celltamplate OK.
  
  but the layout columns loaded run only first click, after don´t work and dont respect the .

  Sorry, but I was unable to understand your issue properly. Can you please explain a little bit more about the issue?
  
  As per my understanding, you are using the column picker to change the visibility of the columns and the visible columns are not updated after loading the columns. Is my understanding correct?
