    Hi,

i tried to print the pdf file from Wijmo.FlexViewer.PdfViewer Control and a unexpected color box appear in the content.

The preview is fine. But After i click the print button from the side bar, there is a weird color box behind the content. Although I can turn off Background Graphic to make the color box gone, is there any other way to solve this without clicking the Background Graphic button?

More details and photos is written down in WijmoPdfProblemDetails.docx. And also the pdf file.

    Hi Andrew,

We hosted the PDF provided on our WebApi but we were not able to replicate the issue. Please refer to the attachment that is the web api project that we used to replicate the issue. Could you please let us know whether we are missing something in order to replicate the issue? Could you also let us know which version of Wijmo and WebApi you are using?

    Regards,

    Ashwin

    Hi Ashwin,

I am using 4.5.20192.213 of WebApi and 5.20173.405 of wijmo.

I cannot open the print preview from your project, so I don’t know if the print works in my computer.

    Here is the exception:

Failed to execute ‘send’ on ‘XMLHttpRequest’: Failed to load ‘https://cdn.grapecity.com/wijmo/5.latest/styles/wijmo.min.css’.

So I modified your demo project to make it looks like how i did it. You can check on it. If you find anything may cause the problem, please let me know.

    best regards,

    Andrew

    Hi Andrew,

We ran your project on our machine but we were not able to replicate the issue. You can refer to the screenshots attached. Could you please confirm whether the issue is replicating at your end using the same project? If not, then can you please modify the project so that it replicates your issue?

    ~regards
