Hi I have a domain and URLs based on that domain like, https://sample1.mydomain.com
https://sample2.mydomain.com . I have created one distribution key using below domains, sample1.mydomain.com and sample2.mydomain.com. But unfortunately it didn’t worked. Is this the correct way to create the distribution key?
Please help…

Hi Teenu,
Can you let us know what exact issue occurs in the application? If the license is not set properly, then a Popup will be displayed when the webpage is loaded, can you please provide a screenshot of the popup?
Also, make sure you set the distribution key using the setLicenseKey method before initializing any of the controls. Since you are using Angular application, you can set the key in the main module file (app.module.ts).

H Ashwin, I have created one License for two as mentioned above. It works for sample1 but when I set the same key in sample2 domain it didn’t worked.
I have set the key as wjcCore.setLicenseKey("sample1.mydomain.com|sample2.mydomain.com,3253535446546546546454 ");

Hi Teenu,
It may be possible that the sample2.mydomain.com is not added properly in the distribution key is not generated property. Can you please create a new key and check it again?
If the new key also does not work, then we will need to investigate the key at our end. Since the distribution key could not be shared here because it is a public forum, we will create a case on our SupportOne (https://supportone.componentone.com/) portal which is private.
Let us know when you have checked with the new key.
