  Hi,
  
  I want to restrict the end-user to edit and type a new value in the dataMap cell and only select from the values available in the drop-down. How do I achieve it? selectedValuePath and displayMemberPath are different in my case so isEditable is not working

  Hi Chetan,

  The isEditable property will not work for your requirements. It has a different functionality. To achieve your requirements, you will need to handle the keydown event on the FlexGrid and prevent editing in the data map columns. Please refer to the sample link below for reference:
