  Are the accompany xml files that are created when building an application, built with various C1 controls, e.g., C1.Win.4.xml, for C1.Win.4.dll, necessary when the application is released to the end-user?

  I removed them and I didn’t notice any effect, the application still launched and operated normally.

  Hi,

  These XML files for the DLLs are used to show documentation in IntelliSense in Visual Studio. The XML files contain the doc comments for the public types & members in the assembly. It is not necessary to include it while deploying your application.
