C1 Chart - How to remove the border

  Dear Sirs,

  I placed a C1Chart (4.5.2 legacy) (see red) in a sizable Form (see blue).
  
  I also set ancor of Chart to Top, Left, Right and Bottom.
  
  My target is to resize the Form and all parts of the Chart, include the ChartArea and PlotArea (see green) shall follow the size.
  
  To this point all is OK and it is working fine.

  My next idea is to remove the Chart border (see red) or set it to zero.
  
  So I set Location of ChartArea to point 0,0 and Size of ChartArea to same size as Chart. The red area now is zero a do not appear.

  My problem now is: When I resize the Chart or the with ancor connected Form the ChartArea keep fixed to the size I had set. It will * “not”
  
  follow the new size of Chart and Form.

  Hi Jurgen,

  You can override the C1Chart’s OnSizeChanged method as follows:

  
  public class C1ChartEx : C1Chart
  {
        protected override void OnSizeChanged(EventArgs e)
        {
              base.OnSizeChanged(e);
              ChartArea.Size = this.Size;
        }
  }
  
  

  And then add C1ChartEx to your Form.
