We have been using C1 Print Preview Classic 2 for close to 15 years without issue. Within the last 2 weeks we have had reports of problems printing to 2 different models of new HP printers. When the document is printed, the printer starts up then errors out. Not sure where to even begin, no developers here where around when this was implemented. Any ideas? Is this an API issue or is there something we can configure?
