I make my reports by using C1PrintDocument and I do everything through code. I want to start using flexviewer and here is the problem that I have. I attached simple report that I have to make. I solved it by using C1PrintDocument but I want to do it using flexviewer by coding it.

Template for the report is in word file where I put:

black text - text that exists by default in every report

red color - text that comes from the database dependent from the process

blue color - text that every user changes/adds before he/she clicks on button Print

orange color - text where I made remarks and explanations

So, can you please make an example (using this attached word) in FlexViewer but through code, like you do when using C1PrintDocument. With C1PrindDocument I could do everything.

    Thank You.

    Regards,

    Hrvoje

    I attached zip file.

    Note:

I looked through help files and examples and I could not find how to do this attached example through code only.

    Thank You.

    Hello,

I have analyzed your document and I suggest you to use the C1PrintDocument instead of the FlexViewer. Also, C1PrinntDocument is not a legacy control. We still support the C1PrintDocument.

From FlexViewer, I assume that you are supposed to say the “FlexReport”.

Request to confirm if you need anything else.

    Thanks,

    Mohit

I know that C1PrintDocument is not legacy control. My idea is to start using FlexReport and FlexViewer, but I need help how to do that with that example I provided - through code if possible.

Is there a way to do that report using FlexReport but through code object model? I saw in help that it is possible to do everything through code, but I don’t see an example I can use.

    Thank You.

Thanks, but that can’t help me. We will stick to C1PrintDocument.
