Hi Andrey!
While running your sample with the build version 4.0.20181.307, I could see this expected behaviour :
Hoping this is what you are trying at your end, I suggest you to rebuild and run your application with the same builds.
You can download the build from here :

Hi Meenakshi,
But if you have no text into the ComboBox field, it is not possible to determine if it’s Enable or Disable
Thanks for your help

Hello Andrey,
We are happy to inform you that a disabled style has been added for C1Combobox’s drop down button. One can’t change disabled back color of text area for the ‘System’ VisualStyle, but he can use other VisualStyle or themes.
In order to verify the fix, please upgrade your ComponentOne version either using C1Live or downloading the latest builds from: http://prerelease.componentone.com/dotnet40/c1winforms/2018-t3/C1WinForms.4_4.0.20183.338.zip
Please do feel free to let me know if you face any issues.
Best wishes,
Ruchir
