I discovered an problem when printing SSRS reports using the C1FlexViewer.

When printing more than 10 pages the printing fails in all cases for different reports.

Printing the same reports in batches of 10 pages works fine.

The issue is the same for any printer, even virtual PDF printers in both Windows 10 and Windows 7.

The print dialog looks fine, after starting printing the document is at the printer’s queue with status Spoolling, but after all the pages have been generated the printing fails with the error message [ERROR]: Specified argument was out of range of valid values. in the C1FlexViewer’s footer. And the the document is gone from the printer queue.

Forgot to mention we use C1’s current latest winforms version 4.0.20181.307

    Thanks,

Do you have any update on the progress?

Is a fix expected in an upcoming release? Are there any temporary workarounds we can provide to our users?

    Hello,

The issue is fixed internally. Yes, the upcoming release will contain the build with the fix.

Sorry, but there is no workaround for it yet.

    Best Regards,

    Esha

Thank you for the support, the latest release does fix this issue for us.

We think we discovered a few other (already existing) things but will report them in a new thread once confirmed.
