  This file is scanned from our printer/scanner. It displays correctly in AdobeReader but the C1FlexViewer is displaying an image with a big red area in the .pdf instead of the scanned document.

  I will attach screen shots as well…

  Hello John,

  We could observe the pdf properly in the C1FlexViewer using the latest 303 builds (refer the attached screenshot). Please try using the same at your end and let us know if you still observe the issue. You can upgrade through C1Live.

  Ok Great.

  Is there a document or link that explains the best way to upgrade the C1WinForms controls?

  Just want to make sure I get the correct version and upgrade it correctly…

  John,

  C1Live utility can be used to upgrade the controls’ version. You can learn more about the same from the below mentioned links:

  As mentioned in the links, you can select a particular Edition (say, Studio For WinForms) for upgradation as well.
