Hi David!
Are you running C1Live utility with admin rights?
If yes, I request you to test the same with the given version of C1Live:http://prerelease.componentone.com/dotnet20/C1Live/2017-T3/C1Live.2_2.1.20173.52227.zip

Running as Administrator worked. I’m embarrassed I didn’t think to try that. Thanks for your help.

I need to open this issue again. Running C1LIVE to upgrade WinForms to 4.0.20183.338 fails with the same error "The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized.
I did make certain I was Running as Administrator.

Could you please try running the C1Live utility once again.
If the issue persists, could you please share screen-shot of the current exception screen and also confirm whether you are able to navigate to http://prerelease.componentone.com page or not.Best wishes,
