  Hi,

  I’m implementing the C1PdfDocumentSource control (version 4.0.20181.307) in my winforms application for printing barcode labels. I generated a PDF file (see attachment), which looks great an sharp when i open it in in Adobe Reader, but when i print it via the C1PdfDocumentSource the barcode image looks blurry and is unreadable by a barcodescanner. Also font is not like it should be (bold is not really bold).

  If I print the same document manually from Adobe Reader (on the same Zebra labelprinter) it looks exactly like it should be.

  When i preview the document in the c1Flexviewer control, the quality is also as bad as printing directly from C1PdfDocumentSource. It looks like a rendering problem in these controls.

  Is there anything i can do to fix this?

  I could not obtain your pdf file with the post. Please try attaching it again as a zip file.

  Hello Esha,

  I fixed the blurry barcode image by using a barcode font instead of an image.
  
  Only problem now is that Bold font doesn’t print out or show in the flexviewer component.

  I included a screenshot where you can see the same file in Adobe Reader and in the Flexviewer component of my application. The print out is like in the Flexviewer component. Boldness in font not visible at all. Also included the original pdf file.

  Hope the missing boldness in the font can be fixed.

  I could observe the issue while previewing the pdf in C1FlexViewer.

  Hi Willy,

  The issue has been fixed in 2020V1 release and now Bold text from a pdf document is displayed correctly when a pdf is viewed in C1FlexViewer.

  Please upgrade your controls to the latest version to use this feature.
