We’ve run into an issue with a WinForms MDI application using the C1Sizer control v4.0.20191.363.
In most deployed environments (Win7 and Win10) the control works as desired. However it appears in a Win7 environment, where the user has the Font Size set to Medium 125% the interface will scale\display properly.

Hello,
Sorry but I can not replicate the issue at my end in using C1Sizer with 125% DPI in Win 7 as show in the attached GIF.
Please modify the attached sample or provide your own stripped down sample and mention the steps that have been taken to replicate the issue, so that we can narrow down the problem and provide you a helpful solution.
Please provide your Environment details with the build version too.

Thank you for the sample , we can also observe the issue in Win 7 with higher DPI settings.
We have escalated the case to the developers , will let you know once we get any update from the developers end.
