  Standard windows functionality is that a window does NOT have to have focus for you to move the mouse over an edge to start resizing.

  If you use C1Themes vs VisualStyles, then you have to first click on the window to set focus before doing resizing. Only exception is if you have a status bar, then the bottom right corner allows resize without focus.

  Please fix.
