  Hi,
  
  If I zip a file with the following name:
  
  Messen ±1000N @ 0,5Hz_20190517_083308.xml

  I get the following filename after unzip:
  
  Messen ┬▒1000N @ 0,5Hz_20190517_083308.xml

  Do you have an idea, what can I do to solve the problem.

  With your newest version und the flag UseUtf8Encoding it works
