  Tengo una columna e
  
  I have a column where I fill a table with 2 fields and I only show one, my question would be how can I take the value and show the name

  I would suggest you to use DataMap property of the column in grid. Please see this link:

  Further, you can refer MultiColumnDictionary sample in ComponentOne Samples at this location:

  Documents\ComponentOne Samples\WinForms\C1FlexGrid\CS\MultiColumnDictionary
