  After upgrade to 4.5.2 we now have warnings like
  
  Warning BC40000 ‘C1Ribbon’ is obsolete: ‘This is a legacy control; use C1Ribbon from the C1.Win.Ribbon assembly instead.’. Artist

  What shall we do to get rid of the warnings?

  What does Legacy means?

  Hi Peter,

  The “Legacy controls” are the old controls that are already out-of-support from our side, meaning they will not receive any new feature updates/bug fixes.

  FYI, in the latest .NET 4.5.2 version of C1 controls, we have introduced a new C1Ribbon control (C1.Win.Ribbon assembly) similar to what Microsoft offers in its Office 365 applications, to match the look and feel of the latest OS versions. This control replaces the old C1Ribbon control (C1.Win.C1Ribbon assembly) and that is why the old C1Ribbon is marked as legacy/obsolete.
