  I have a report that use textbox with number format “#,##0”. My Windows regional setting set the thousands separator to point (“.”) and decimal separator to comma (“,”). When I open the report in C1FlexReportDesigner, preview the report and then export to excel. The exported excel file result the textbox value with 00 after the value. The result was correct when I change Windows regional setting to US.
  
  The same result when I export the report with FlexViewer Component.

  We can also observe the issue at our end with different regional settings and escalate this to the development team for investigation.

  The issue has been resolved in the 21v2 release.
  
  Please download the latest installer from https://www.grapecity.com/componentone/download and update to 21v2.
