I’m looking for a way for task bars to fill out the rest of the timescale unit. For example, a task may have an end date of April 15, but I’d like for the task bar to stretch to the end of the month, April 30, when the lowest, visible timescale tier is set to months.

I could adjust the end date as I load the task, but then the true end date wouldn’t be displayed correctly in the grid.

    Hi,

Please note that you can not extend the taskbars without changing the end date. Although you can use the PaintDay event to change the appearance of the background of the timescale behind the taskbar according to your requirement. You can refer to the documentation here https://www.grapecity.com/componentone/docs/win/online-ganttview/C1.Win.C1GanttView.4.5.2~C1.Win.C1GanttView.C1GanttView~PaintDay_EV.html?highlight=paintday%2C for more info.

    Regards.
